  We highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership! Every single person we dealt with went above and beyond to assist us in the purchase of our brand new car. Justin, Richard, Leanne, David and Jose are a credit to the BMW brand with superior customer service. The vibe in the showroom is warm and inviting, all of our questions were answered promptly and the transaction was a smooth process. At the start of our car search, we did shop around and the quality of this team far exceeded any other. Don't waste your time with the others, just head straight to Sylvania.   I work a 10 minute walk away from Parramatta BMW, yet i came to Sylvania BMW. From the first chat until delivery (Almost a year due to the M2 waiting list), they have been helpful and did an amazing job making my happiness a higher priority than the 'sale'. Best decision!   From test drive to delivery professional, courteous and efficient service!! I was given plenty of time to test drive the car, email correspondence was followed up promptly and on delivery clear explanations around the technology and how the everything worked.I highly recommend Sylvania BMW as my experience was a very positive one.
