  horrible, First and last time, I went to get my Mum a necklace she wore it once and the chain broke. So i went to take it back and a woman with glasses and dark hair served me, i asked to get a refund on the faulty purchase after i had explained to her what had happened, it was like she wasn't even listening to me at all she repeated what I had originally told her! to top it off she rudely walked out back to talk to the owner about a refund comes back out and says " were not suppose to give refunds but we will today". (Yeah Well your items are not suppose to be faulty, Id have better luck in a $2 store at least I wont get attitude with every purchase). The hefty owner then barges out of the back room, doesn't even introduce himself just says the same thing she says "we don't do refunds"( well why did I get a Full Refund?). He was so rude no customer service skills whats so ever, to top it off they even asked me for the pitiful $10 discount voucher. I Advise anyone not to go to this jeweler rude ignorant and no customer service skills what so ever.

  Beautiful family run jeweller that has been servicing the needs of its community for over 30 years! I only ever come here for all my jewellery needs. All of the staff are patient, attentive, knowledgeable and extremely friendly, they even remember me when I walk in the door! The range is incredible and I always find what I need, regardless of who I am shopping for, plus the watch and jewellery repair service is always efficient and well done. I would recommend anyone to this store!
